Approval for Wholesale

  • To purchase from our website, you will need to provide all the requested information on our Wholesale Account Request Form. Please click here to fill out the form. We will notify you once you are approved to shop wholesale.

    Trouble Logging into Your Account?

    • Note for past customers: If you have ordered from us before and know you are approved for wholesale, you may still need to register your account by clicking here if you are having trouble logging in.
    • If you are still having trouble logging in, please message us and we will send you an account activation invite.

    Shipping

    • All product will ship within 3-5 business days. Preorders will ship as noted on the website or our Facebook page. 

    • Shipping Addresses: Julia Rose is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. This is an automated system, and labels are printed exactly as they come through our system. Kindly double check prior to submitting. 

    • Exact shipping is required on all orders. If you have multiple items in an order, we will send you a separate invoice with the balance when the last product in your order is scheduled to ship. Your balance is due upon receipt and product will not ship until transaction is complete. Please note- access will be removed if invoice is not paid within 24-48 hours. Thank you for understanding. 

    Returns

    • Wholesale items cannot be returned. All sales are final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) form as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA form. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
